Houseboats Syndicates - how it works
Each syndicate works like an independent strata plan the syndicate can decide how it wants to operate the vessel. This ensures that you the owners are in control. Unlike other types of syndicates there are no ongoing management fees and no long term management contracts.
How it works:
- Pay a $5000 deposit that is independently held in trust.
- When the syndicate is full the balance of the unit cost is due.
- When all monies are paid the vessel build starts.
- The first syndicate meeting is hosted by us.
- Each unit holder is trained in the vessels operation.
